SERVICE INFORMATION

 

You are attempting to register for eMagnus MultiCourt, a court inquiry service of Jano Justice Systems, Inc. This service consists of two options:

 

  • eMagnus Local: When fully implemented, this service allows you to inquire on court information in your local county. This service is available to you for $20 per month, paid with a full one-year subscription of $240 charged to a Visa or MasterCard.

 

  • eMagnus MultiCourt: When fully implemented, eMagnus Multi-Court allows you access to court records in any of the following counties in Illinois: Champaign, DeKalb, Kane, Kendall, Madison, Sangamon, Will and Winnebago.  This service is available to you for the small subscription price of $25 per month, paid with a full one-year subscription of $300 on your Visa or MasterCard.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION

Beacuse of the freedom court information eMagnus offers, our services are governed strictly by the laws of Illinois government.  While these laws are constantly being updated, here are the following restrictions for this service:

  • Access to any eMagnus Inquiry service will only be granted to registered lawyers.  This access will be governed by county administration.  Each application will be reviewed and authorized by the county deemed "home county" in the registration process.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

To inquire within one of the nine Illinois counties on the circuit, your credit card will be charged $240 for a 12 month subscription.  To inquire on data across all nine counties, your card will be charged $300 for 12 months.
